Landsverk and Associates, Inc., provides set-up, training and follow-up support for QuickBooks users. Michelle has been a QuickBooks Certified Pro-Advisor since 2002.

We offer the following services to assist you with your QuickBooks application:

Set-up & One-to-One Training for New Users: $1,000.00
(Includes up to 4 hours of set-up and 6 hours of customized on-site training. Follow-up phone support under 5 minutes per incident at no charge for a period of one year. Over 5 minutes billed at hourly rate, with a minimum fee of $10 per incident).

Training for your group: we are available to conduct custom QuickBooks training for your community, borrowers, etc. Cost: custom quote, depending on the number to be trained, course content and length.

Monthly or Quarterly Check-up: Monthly contracts available at a discounted rate for on-going support.

Reconstruction of Accounting Records: Clean-up of receivables, payables, lists, chart of accounts, bank accounts, etc.

Support: We will travel to your business location to assist you with questions, problems or to help you learn new tasks. In addition, we provide phone and email support for your QuickBooks questions. For phone/email support, we use our regular hourly rate, with a minimum of $10 per incident.

Hourly rate: $75.00
Travel: .45 per mile
